As big as TikTok is, its success rests on creators – small humans or big corporations making short videos for viewers. TikTok understands it like no one, so it becomes more and more friendly towards marketers and creators. The next tool it provides is Agency Center which lets content creators easier collaborate with talent agencies.

 Producer centers and labels have long gone online, and TikTok is the perfect ground to discover and draft talents. Talent management agencies have been existing for some time on TikTok, the most famous of them being Viral Nation, NeoReach, Audience, and Fanbytes. Now potential and actual influencers can get with them in touch with special tools.

 The new option that has already appeared in some user profiles makes it possible for talent agencies to find you. For this, you need to go to TikTok LIVE settings and proceed to the “Agency Center”, and then activate the “Agency Invitation” option. This way, you enable agencies to find and contact you if they see your potential and want to collaborate. When you find your agency or lose any interest in collaboration, you can deactivate this option.

 Coopting talent agencies is a serious step for TikTok. Now, it can foster a talent hunt and help both creators and promoters in building serious business on the platform. The more TikTok users benefit from it, the better it is for everyone. TikTok forecasts that entire talent schools will emerge that will train talents to be real stars. And a comprehensible working model of monetization will follow the process.
