Adam Kicinski believes that Cyberpunk 2077 should follow in the footsteps of the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and receive a GOTY edition after two DLCs are released. He argues that this will allow CD Projekt to show their appreciation for fans who have supported them throughout the development process.
The company is clearly determined to ensure that its dystopian game gets the GOTY title next year.

None can say for certain when Cyberpunk 2077's GOTY edition will release, however it is all but confirmed to include the game's lone expansion, Phantom Liberty. This much-anticipated addition is sure to bring even more excitement and immersion to an already groundbreaking title.

A recent report from Stockwatch.pl suggests that the next major update for Cyberpunk 2077 will allow CDPR to finally complete the game. This new development is incredibly exciting, as it has been highly anticipated by gamers worldwide.

Kicinski stated that CDPR plans to capitalize on the success of Cyberpunk 2077, which resulted in the company's most successful third quarter ever. He said that they intend to build upon this success going forward.

Upon its initial release, Cyberpunk 2077 was unfortunately deemed a letdown due to technical issues on last-gen consoles. Yet, that all changed when the anime adaptation of the title hit screens - and with it came an unprecedented spike in sales! From this moment forward, gamers everywhere have been enthralled by what has become one of gaming's most beloved franchises.
