The world of Hyrule is once again beckoning adventurers to explore its ancient treasures and fierce challenges. In "The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom," players find themselves immersed in the mysterious Suthorn Ruins Dungeon, an exciting introduction to the game that serves as both a tutorial and a treasure trove of puzzles. Suthorn Ruins: An Overview

Although it may seem straightforward, it is packed with valuable lessons and crucial items that will serve you well in the adventures to follow.

Activating the Waypoint

Your adventure begins at the entrance of the Suthorn Ruins. Upon arrival, immediately activate the Waypoint. This will enable you to swiftly come back here should you need to recharge or prepare for upcoming challenges. Afterward, head through the door to the north.

The Rock Obstacle

Water Gaps and Treasure

Get ready to use Bind again! In the next room, position the rock in the water gap between two platforms. Once you’ve made a solid bridge, head up the slope and collect the treasure buried in the sand. Strandtula Echo Retrieval

Moving deeper into the ruins, descend the ladder that your earlier rock blocked. Here, you can gather the Strandtula Echo, a useful summon that allows you to create climbable spider webs. Use these to access the ledge above, where you will uncover a chest that holds the Dungeon Map.

Crossing Gaps

After acquiring the map, use either the beds or your Strandtula to cross the gap leading into the next area. Familiarity with the terrain will allow you to traverse these obstacles with ease.

Facing Enemies

Once you enter the next room, head left and dispatch the enemy to acquire an Ignazol Echo. Ascend the lift to the upper level, where a formidable Darknut awaits. Employ your Echo skills to subduing this foe and obtain the Darknut Echo.

Lighting the Torches

After your encounter, navigate left and descend the nearby ladder. Use your Ignazol power to illuminate the torches scattered throughout the room. Next, use Bind on the boulder to clear the path and burn down wooden boxes obstructing your last torch. This will unlock access to the ladder to the right side of the room>

A Room of Statues

Your journey continues in another chamber where you will find a Waypoint. Activate it and take note of the four statues adorning the walls. The statue near the right door holds a shield; use Bind to pull it off and head through the newly accessible door.

Miniboss Encounter

Once inside, prepare for an intense fight as you face a familiar adversary. This miniboss fight will test your skills—begin by using Bind on the shield before summoning your strongest Echoes (the Darknut works well). Throwing pots at your opponent can also help. Stay vigilant, as the enemy will turn stronger upon reaching a critical state.

The Aftermath of Battle

Once the miniboss is defeated, you will earn the Sword, which grants access to the powerful Swordfighter Form. Use this new form to obliterate the remaining goo blocking your progress as you descend into the next area.

Puzzle Solving with Bind

In the following section, utilize Bind on a rock at the room's base, positioning it correctly to resolve the next puzzle. Don’t forget to climb the ladder on the left and cross the chasm using your Strandtula to extract yet another treasure chest containing the Heart Pin accessory.

Unlocking the Doors

Exit this room and move through the left door to activate another Waypoint near a large locked door. Take a moment to catch the Deku Baba Echo before continuing your journey. Switch to Swordfighter Form to eliminate the goo obstructing your path, and defeat additional Deku Babas to unlock further doors leading north and west.

Deserving of a Key

Choose to journey through the western door first. Here, you will encounter another statue. With Bind, move this statue to activate a switch. Completing this task rewards you with 50 rupees.

Setting Up Reverse Bind

Go back to the preceding room and move in a northern direction through the unlocked door. You'll gain insight into the Reverse Bind mechanic here. Grapple onto the moving platform, ride it, and navigate towards the pinnacle. By performing this action, you'll be guided toward a new chest containing 20 rupees.

Final Bind Puzzles and Boss Preparation

Climb the ladder to confront another Bind puzzle. Create a staircase with beds leading to the switch. Use Bind on the statue to take it to the left, climbing to the switch’s location. With the statue correctly positioned, you can open the chest containing the Big Key.

Upon besting the boss, you will receive a Whole Heart Container, significantly boosting your health. Tri will also level up, and you’ll gain some Might Crystals.
