Codemasters has released the ratings for this year’s vehicle grid, and it is clear that the leading driver in the game commands a substantial advantage. This driver holds an overall rating of 95—four points higher than anyone else—attributable to a combination of superior pace, exceptional racecraft, and, quite notably for someone only 27 years old, considerable experience.

The standings for the other competitors are as follows:

• Following them are a pair of drivers with ratings of 90.
• A further competitor is rated at 89, while another holds a rating of 88.
• An intriguing detail is that the driver placed eighth carries an overall rating of 87, despite currently leading in the championship.
